Refund and return policy

Final return terms are awaiting owner confirmation. Checkout remains closed.

Return request window

The return request window has not yet been confirmed.

Starting a request

Contact support with the order reference, product, selected option, and reason for the request. Customer support contact details must be published before checkout opens.

Return authorization

Wait for written return instructions before shipping an item. The delivery address shown on a parcel is not necessarily the authorized return address.

Item condition

Keep the item, tags, packaging, and supplied accessories while a request is reviewed. Eligibility, return postage, exchanges, and any deductions must be confirmed in the final policy before checkout opens.

Damaged or incorrect items

Keep all packaging and provide clear photographs of the item, label, packaging, and any damage. Include the order reference so the issue can be reviewed.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued through the original payment provider. Bank or card processing time can vary. Submitting a return request does not itself confirm approval.
